What Is Kidology's Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at
hellokidology@gmail.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you for prepaid order within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.
Are there any Cancellation charges?
There are no cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, in case if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us at hellokidology@gmail.com to notify us if you want to cancel or change your order.
